Vivian was born and raised in Taiwan. There, Vivian received a Master Degree of Art and worked as an art event organizer as well as a Chinese Opera performer.  Before getting married, her dream was to become a shining opera star on the stage.  She devoted all her time to the traditional performing arts.  A career in real estate never crossed her mind.

Vivian met and married Colin, a Canadian, and moved to Calgary in 1998.  After 2 months, not knowing her way around having never seen or driven in snow, Vivian decided that she needed to learn more about her new home and enrolled in the Real Estate course to get her license.  Within three months, Vivian proved to be successful.  She consistently became a Top Producer in an office of over 120 realtors in her first year.  Vivian is a four time recipient of the prestigious Million Dollar Club.

Her reputation as a sincere, hard working, determined realtor has grown through the years with most of her business coming from the referrals of satisfied clients.
If you say “drama is not related to real estate” Vivian will disagree. When Vivian plays a role on the stage, she never tries to “act” but becomes the role by changing her point of view.
